REFUND POLICY

Hybrid Master Classes:

Your satisfaction is most important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the course, a full refund will be issued within the first week of enrolment. 

If you decided to withdraw from the course after 1 week, $50 administration fee will be deducted from the refund amount. A refund request must be made within 30 days of enrolment.

No refunds will be issued after 30 days of enrolment. 

Live Classes:

Your satisfaction is most important to us. If your selected course dates/times are not working for you, contact us at StudentSupport@LearnDataAnalytics.ca. We can help to accommodate you in a different session. If you’d like to withdraw from the course for any other reasons, please see our refund policy below. 

Withdrawal Before the Course Start Date

If you withdraw from the course before the classes start, the full course fee will be refunded less the $50 administration fee. 

Withdrawal After the Course Start Date

If you decide to withdraw from the course before the second class, 85% of the course fee will be refunded less the $50 administration fees.

If you withdraw before the 4th class, 50% of the fees will be refunded less the $50 administration fees.

If you withdraw before the 6th class, 25% of the fee will be refunded less the $50 administration fees.

No refund will be issued if you withdraw from the course after the 6th class.
